Support Channels

Tandolin only provides Tandolin product related support via our subscriber support system, knowledgebase & tutorials. No response is guarateed to questions/requests posted on the Tandolin community forum. No support of any kind will be provided via e-mail, our Facebook page or Twitter. You may be requested to e-mail Tandolin some information when needed, in which case we will communicate via e-mail to protect your confidential & secure details. For membership account problems, please use the feedback form.

Support Hours

General support hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 18:00 (UTC+2) except public holidays. During this time, feedback on any support queries can generally be provided within 12 to 24 hours. Any queries outside of these hours should generally be answered within 36 to 48 hours.

Extent of support

Support only covers Tandolin products. The company cannot give general Joomla! support not related to Tandolin products.

Support is limited to installation and configuration of Tandolin products and does not include troubleshooting CSS conflicts with your chosen Joomla template, functional modifications to Tandolin products, nor conflict issues arising from using the products together with third-party Joomla! extensions.

More Specifically, Support Does NOT include:

• PHP or any other programming language training (ie. SQL, CSS, XHTML, JavaScript, and any language not mentioned here); You are free to modify Tandolin products under the GNU/GPL license. Tandolin makes no commitment to training or explaining any programming issues;
• Alteration of - or modifications to - Tandolin products or any other products to meet a special need.

For these and other special requirements please initiate contact for a custom work quote which is available from only US$50 per hour depending on complexity.

Bug Fixing

It is our commitment to fix extension bugs as quickly as possible after they are brought to our attention. During our general support hours, we can fix bugs within 24 to 48 hours. We will also try provide a solution via the forum for smaller bug fixes, after which we will update the core theme package.
