Job Board and forthcoming products each have community forums where you can get support from other users of the extensions. Installation and configuration support is provided with certain purchases as well. Some organisations may need more than that - though - so there are additional professional services available from Tandolin which provide more hands-on, dedicated assistance and expertise.
Although the company is doing less and less of providing this service in order to focus its resources on its own product lines, it's always open to enquiries about customisation and consulting.
Custom Development

Which versions of your software are supported?
Support is available for all releases for at least one year from their respective release dates starting with version Job Board 1.5.1/1.6.1

Consulting
Tandolin offers customized consulting and implementation services to help you and/or your team make your site amazing. This custom consulting helps people who need advice on feature building best practices, custom module building, or back porting fixes from new Tandolin releases.
